We welcome creators to submit artwork to sell as stickers. To protect everyone, the following terms apply:

1. Ownership & Rights

• You must own or have the legal right to use the artwork you submit.
• You grant us a non-exclusive license to display, market, and sell your designs on our platform.

2. Fan-based / Third-party Content

• You may upload “fan art,” but you are responsible for ensuring it does not violate IP laws.
• If a rights holder (e.g., Marvel, Disney) requests removal, we will immediately take down the design without liability.
• Repeat infringements may result in account suspension.

3. Earnings & Payouts

• Creators earn [X%] commission on each sale.
• Payments are issued monthly via [PayPal/Bank Transfer/etc.].

4. Prohibited Content

• No hate speech, offensive material, or illegal content.
• No designs copied directly from existing IP without transformation or parody justification.

5. Liability

• You are solely responsible for your submissions.
